As part of our commitment to high-quality care and positive relationships, we are seeking a warm, organised, and proactive Receptionist to join the schools dedicated school community.
Our partner school is a nurturing SEMH provision where every pupil is valued. Our staff are passionate, resilient, and committed to making a lasting difference in the lives of young people. Front-of-house support is crucial to our success, and we're looking for someone who can represent our school with professionalism and genuine care.
A welcoming and confident individual to provide reception cover
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to support a range of administrative tasks
A calm, compassionate approach suitable for an SEMH setting
Someone ready to contribute to a positive team culture
Immediate availability
School Management Suite experience essential: Arbor (Desired but not essential)
Greeting visitors, families, and professionals
Managing calls, emails, visitor entry, and queries
Supporting data entry, filing, and day-to-day administration
Maintaining confidentiality in line with safeguarding expectations
Working collaboratively with all school teams
Hours are full-time but we can be flexible for the right person
Supportive and friendly staff team
A meaningful role with genuine impact
Long-term and Permanent potential - reviewed on an ongoing basis.
