key responsibilities
Your Responsibilities- Method design & coordination: develop cutting-edge analytical methods for nitrosamine quantification, ranging from complex sample preparation to advanced chromatographic separations.
- External partner management: lead relationships with contract laboratories, overseeing the lifecycle of external projects and ensuring sample requirements and timelines are met.
- Quality oversight: review protocols and reports from both internal and external labs to maintain compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
- Cross-functional collaboration: represent the team in global project meetings, translating complex project needs into clear deliverables for the analytical project leader.
- Root cause analysis: lead analytical investigations and deviations to solve challenging problems within the product portfolio.
experience
Mediorqualifications
Your Profile- Education: a PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with a Master’s degree and at least 6 years of relevant experience will also be considered.
- Technical expertise: proven experience in Mass Spectrometry (Triple Quadrupole and High-Resolution MS) and chromatographic methods is highly valued. Knowledge of nitrosamine determination is a significant asset.
- Soft skills: you are a fast learner with a proactive, self-steering mindset. You possess strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication: fluent in English (both written and spoken) is essential for collaborating with global labs. Dutch language skills are a plus.
- Regulatory knowledge: familiarity with GMP regulations and regulatory frameworks (ICH, EMA, FDA) is preferred.
