Responsibilities
Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons that challenge and inspire all learners.
Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe and productive learning environment.
Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the wider school community.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
A proven track record of delivering the UK National Curriculum.
A current enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse student groups.
