key responsibilities
As a Security Systems Support Engineer, you will ensure the optimal operation, stability, and remote support of critical physical security infrastructures:
- Monitor, remotely manage, support, and configure physical security systems, including IP Cameras, NVRs, DVRs, and Alarm Panels.
- Collaborate closely with field engineering teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and swiftly resolve technical incidents.
- Leverage modern remote management and support platforms to deliver prompt technical assistance and maintain high system reliability.
- Provide high-quality technical customer support, ensuring seamless incident handling and client satisfaction.

qualifications
- Demonstrated familiarity with remote management and technical support ticketing/monitoring platforms.
- Strong command of MS Office tools.
- Vendor certifications from security systems manufacturers (such as Hikvision, Bosch, Vivotek, Dahua, Paradox, Genetec, DSC, Inim, CADDX, Satel, TDSi, etc.) will be considered a strong asset.
- Working knowledge of Access Control systems is highly desirable.
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Telecommunications/Networks, or a related technical discipline.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in the implementation and technical support of physical security projects.
