Do you have the resilience to turn a challenging morning into a breakthrough afternoon?
Are you looking for a role that prioritises individual progress and emotional wellbeing over exam results?
Would you value the freedom to experience different specialist settings across Sheffield before committing to a permanent contract?
If you answered "yes," Randstad Education is looking for you. We are currently experiencing high demand from both Mainstream Primary Schools and Specialist Inclusion Learning Centres (SILCs) across Sheffield for dedicated support staff.
We are looking for individuals who can look past "bad behaviour" to see the child who is struggling to communicate. Whether you have experience with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, or complex physical needs, your skills are in demand.
