A dedicated Teaching Assistant with SEN experience is sought for a school in Blackpool The school is committed to offering children an exceptional start in education.
In addition to aiding children learning, you will assist the class teacher in delivering lessons and ensure an engaging and educational environment. This fulfilling position values experience but welcomes those without prior experience!
To maximise children academic success, the school is in search of a dynamic and confident team member.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to safeguarding all children
- Effective communication with children, staff, parents, and carers when necessary
- Tailor support based on each child's unique needs
- Liaise with other professionals such as teacher's TA, specialist support staff
- Work with classes,small groups and with children on a one on one basis
- Monitor and track the development of the pupil In question and support personal development and confidence.

Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Legal right to work in the UK
- Comprehensive CV covering the last 10 years of education/employment history with any breaks explained

vetting including a DBS check and providing satisfactory references. A DBS on the update
service would be a distinct advantage due to the urgent nature of some of these roles.
