As a Teaching Assistant, you will work under the direction of class teachers and the SENCO to:
Support Learning: Assist in delivering the National Curriculum and examination support to individuals and small groups.
Foster Relationships: Build constructive, professional relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Behaviour & Wellbeing: Implement behaviour management strategies and proactively safeguard the welfare of all students.Session Planning: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated sessions tailored to student needs, in small groups or 1:1
School Support: Assist with exam invigilation, record keeping, and lunchtime supervision, pastoral work of SEN Students
