The responsibilities of the senior accountant will be the following:

• Manage and post all accounting entries, including expenses, assets, income, and inventory purchases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Handle invoicing processes, with a strong understanding and active involvement in MyDATA implementation and adherence to all related legal requirements.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and manage accounts receivable and payable, including supporting payment processing.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records for all company contracts.
• Assist in the preparation of various tax declarations (VAT, VIES) and support the compilation of monthly and yearly financial statements (Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet).
• Provide crucial support during the statutory annual group audit and contribute to ad-hoc accounting and finance projects as needed.

• Foundational knowledge of tax principles.
• Proficiency in ERP accounting software (experience with Softone is a plus).
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
