Triage and manage incidents to ensure timely investigations and kaimahi support.
Conduct site audits focusing on high-risk controls and practical safety performance.
Provide credible, practical HSW leadership to managers across multi-site operations.
Deliver key 2026 initiatives including the Flu Vaccination Programme and Health Week.
Review position descriptions to develop a risk-based H&S Training Needs Analysis.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a Senior HSW Advisor role.
Background in construction or high-risk operational environments.
Experience with HSW systems; Vault experience is desirable.
Proven ability to provide sound, independent advice.
Tertiary H&S qualification or professional certification
