Responsibilities
On a daily basis, your role as a Civil Construction Estimator in Laval will put you at the heart of the action:
Analysis: Review plans and specifications to grasp every detail and subtlety.
Estimation: Accurately calculate quantities and costs (direct/indirect).
Bidding: Prepare tenders and official documentation.
Partnership: Expertly negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
Monitoring: Work closely with the project team to ensure budget compliance.
Optimization: Update databases and monitor market trends.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to Quebec and Canadian standards.
Qualifications
We are looking for a civil construction cstimator who brings:
7–10 years of proven experience in civil project estimation.
Academic background in engineering or estimation (Bachelor’s, DEC, or AEC).
Advanced mastery of TPL and Proest
A keen analytical mind and a collaborative approach.
Bonus: Familiarity with the SEAO bidding system.
