Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible to:-
- Manage and oversee the company's total rewards programs for Singapore
- Review the company's compensation & benefits strategies, policies & guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Implement annual compensation & benefits initiatives including salary review, workforce planning, global mobility, salary and job level benchmarking, and the review of bonuses, promotions and overall employee welfare & benefits
- Partner with external vendor to drive market survey for salary structures and performance management framework to improve internal equity and ensure market competitiveness
- Support any ad-hoc HR projects
skills and experience required

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in total rewards
- Proven ability in building relationships and managing stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Prior experience working with external vendors such as Mercer, Aon and Wilis Towers Watson
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented, driven and able to work independently, with strong work ethics
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
