Lead the entire tender lifecycle—from identifying opportunities to timely final submission—while continuously improving bidding processes
Generate precise costings from first-principle build-ups and conduct detailed quantity take-offs
Apply strong technical knowledge of infrastructure works and methodologies to define project scopes and strategic pricing
Collaborate cross-functionally to craft compelling, high-quality tender documents that effectively communicate the company’s value proposition
Evaluate subcontractor quotations, cross-check quantities to prevent omissions, and assess cost impacts (including value engineering and variations)
Manage, guide, and mentor the Quantity Surveying (QS) team to ensure high performance and accuracy under tight deadlines

skills & experience required

Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction/Civil Management
Minimum 10 years of tendering and costing estimation in CAG/Civil Infrastructure Project
Proficient in cost estimation software and MS Excel
Proven track record of leading successful bids and securing new business
Deep commercial acumen, including expertise in contract law and negotiation strategies
Comfortable working 5 day work week 8.30am-6pm & friday 8.30am-5.30pm
Work location :west of Singapore (Bukit Batok / CCK / Jurong East / Gombak)
