As a Senior Digital Assortment Planner, you sit at the heart of Nike’s digital strategy. What you bring:

Experience: 3+ years in retail merchandising or planning (digital retail experience is a plus).
Technical skills: Advanced Excel skills and experience with top-down/bottom-up planning and data modeling.
Communication: The ability to turn complexity into clarity and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
Mindset: A self-starter with a "can-do" attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Leadership: Experience in coaching junior colleagues and leading cross-functional projects.

what will you do

Key responsibilities:

Strategic planning: Create seasonal merchandise plans grounded in profitability and consumer demand.
Insight-driven action: Turn complex data into "learnings." You don't just report numbers; you tell a story that guides decision-making.
In-season management: Lead weekly trading meetings to react to real-time sales and inventory KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities.
Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Merchandising and Digital teams to align product assortments with financial goals.
Drive innovation: Improve planning processes and documentation to keep pace with the evolving digital marketplace.

where will you work

You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).

Access to the gym facilities on campus.
Commuting allowance of € 0,23 per km.
25 vacation days if you work 40 hours per week a full year.
Diverse team.
Work from home allowance of €5 per day on days you are working from home.
8% holiday allowance.
