key responsibilities
What will the daily challenges involve?
- Technical Standards: Establish and maintain high-level technical standards and best practices for Java and Spring Boot development.
- Team Mentorship: Lead the development team by providing consistent mentoring and professional guidance.
- Quality Control: Oversee the integrity of the codebase through comprehensive code reviews and quality assurance.
- Architectural Innovation: Design and implement sophisticated architectural solutions for enterprise-scale applications.
- Collaborative Strategy: Partner with Solution Architects to ensure all development aligns with the broader organizational roadmap.
- Core Development: Take a hands-on approach in developing critical modules and high-performance APIs.
- Automation & CI/CD: Integrate automated testing and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless delivery.
- Project Estimation: Provide expert technical estimates regarding effort and delivery timelines.

- Experience: 5+ years of proven expertise in Java development.
- Technical Stack: Advanced proficiency in Java 11+, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
- Architecture: Strong background in Microservices Architecture and building scalable RESTful APIs.
- Modern Tooling: Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins) and containerization via Docker and Kubernetes.
- Data Management: Solid knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases, specifically PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Communication: Ability to lead technical teams and communicate complex concepts to various stakeholders.
