-Analyze transportation needs and identify surpluses, shortages, and opportunities for optimization•
-Research and negotiate capacity with partner carriers• Monitor trips, pickups, and deliveries• Manage unforeseen events, delays, and last-minute changes• Maintain strong relationships with carriers and logistics partners
Qualifications
✔️ Experience in logistics, transport, or transport coordination
✔️ A good knowledge of the transport industry—dry box, flatbed, oversize, B-Train, etc.
✔️ Excellent sense of organization and priorities
✔️ Ease in communicating and building business relationships
✔️ A good reflex to quickly find solutions
✔️ Autonomy, resourcefulness, and good pressure tolerance
✔️ Good command of the Office Suite, TMS and logistics analysis tools
