As a Senior Order-to-cash Specialist, your responsibilities will be the following:

• Manage the full invoicing cycle, including sales invoices, rebates, and credit/debit notes.
• Resolve customer claims, credit note issues, and account reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end closing and prepare reports for sales and finance teams.
• Serve as the primary contact for sales and finance, providing daily support and data.
• Monitor trade terms for accuracy and escalate any discrepancies.
• Ensure professional communication with customers regarding invoices and claims

3-6 years experience in Order-to-cash, AR or invoicing

• University degree
• 3-6 years experience in Order-to-cash, AR or invoicing
• Hard ability to communicate with impact, communications skills (oral and written)
• Knowledge of ERP and MS Excel
• Good knowledge of english
