Are you a seasoned Senior Product Owner ready to take on a critical role in an Agile environment and have a passion for driving product vision from concept to delivery?

Randstad Digital Switzerland is looking for an exceptional professional to lead the digital product  development project for a major client in Barcelona, Spain.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on product management, and excellent communication to bridge business needs with technical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define & Drive the Product Vision: Own and shape the strategic roadmap and product backlog for the client's application, ensuring it meets stringent food safety objectives and regulatory needs.

• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the critical link between global the client's Food Safety experts and the vendor development team. Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories.

• Agile Execution: Lead the vendor development team (Scrum/Kanban) to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of features. Manage scope, priorities, and change requests effectively.

• Quality Assurance: Validate all deliverables against defined acceptance criteria and quality standards, ensuring the final product meets functional and security requirements.

Your Profile:

• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Business Analysis, specifically for complex, enterprise-level projects.

• Agile Mastery: Deep expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and experience working with technical teams (familiarity with Python/Django and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps is a plus).

• Communication: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing decisions at all levels.

• Domain Knowledge (A Major Plus): Experience or strong familiarity with Food Safety, Risk Assessment, or Regulatory/Quality Assurance domains is highly advantageous.
