Randstad is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engagement Officer to deliver specialist community engagement and communication services.
3 Months | Brisbane QLD
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage engagement strategies for infrastructure projects across all phases.
Prepare and deliver high-quality communication materials, including project updates, notifications, fact sheets, and web content.
Identify engagement risks and opportunities, providing strategic advice key stakeholders.
Represent the organisation in meetings with businesses, community groups, contractors, and government agencies.
Respond efficiently to enquiries and complaints, maintaining accurate records of all stakeholder interactions.
Support the continuous improvement of internal engagement processes, tools, systems, and capability building.
Key Selection Criteria:
Experience delivering programs for infrastructure projects.
Written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs, competing priorities, and resolve sensitive issues.
Qualifications in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field are highly regarded.
IAP2 certification or equivalent engagement training
Current driver's licence.
