This is a senior-level monitoring and management position designed for a professional who excels at high-level execution, financial stewardship, and strategic timelines. Rather than daily hands-on site work, you will focus on the "big picture"—ensuring multi-million dollar projects remain compliant, efficient, and profitable.

Requirements
Education: Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
Experience: 6–8 years of experience in smoke control, fire alarms, HVAC, or building automation is highly preferred.
Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of local Singapore regulations, safety standards (WSH), and industry practices.
Soft Skills: Proven leadership and the ability to manage multiple complex projects and diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office for reporting; basic knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM is essential for reviewing project documentation.
