Lead New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept through commercialization.
Develop new formulations and enhance existing food products.
Conduct laboratory trials, factory-scale trials, product testing, and process improvements.
Ensure products meet food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Perform sensory evaluations, shelf-life studies, and product analysis.
Prepare technical documentation and product specifications.
Work closely with Production, QA/QC, Sales, Marketing, and FSQMS teams to support successful product launches.

about the qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
At least 4 years of experience in Food R&D, Product Development, or NPD within the food manufacturing industry.
Experience in sauces, condiments, seasonings, or related food products will be an added advantage.
Familiar with HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000, ISO, and food regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Able to manage multiple projects independently.
