Market Presence: Build an aggressive presence in the market, securing new leads and strengthening relationships with top-tier vendors.
Analytical Strategy: Use OTB (Open to Buy) guidelines and weekly market analysis to drive sales and gross margin targets.
Team Leadership: Mentor and supervise Merchandise Assistants to ensure operational excellence.
