We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the IT-Software / Software Services industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and a deep understanding of AI Data Analytics and Digital Transformation services. This is a Full Time, Full Time placement opportunity based in Kochi, Kerala, India.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead and mentor a sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Drive sales of AI Data Analytics solutions and Digital Transformation services.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic advantages.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales quotas.
- MBA/PGDM degree.
- Minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 6 years of experience in sales.
- Proven experience in B2B sales.
- Strong understanding and experience selling AI Data Analytics solutions.
- Expertise in selling Digital Transformation services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
