The role of the Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor is to support our ASML business goals by focusing on building relationships with managers to acquire the best and brightest talent into the organization. You take direct ownership for an advisory Talent Acquisition role towards business groups within the ASML organization.
Furthermore, your main responsibilities will include:
- Drive delivery of the co-created Talent Acquisition planning in close exchange with specific business areas and human resources.
- Collaborate with the wider ASML Talent Acquisition team, by connecting the expertise of colleagues and supporting teams to the business hiring effort on short-, mid-, and long term.
- Challenge the business expectations where needed, and support relevant attraction strategies with information to influence decision making.
- Provide exemplary candidate care throughout the candidate journey.
- Implement best practices and support colleagues in following your example.
- Initiation and leading process improvements within the Talent Acquisition domain.
