Your Profile

• Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in Service Design and a proven track record in applying Design Thinking methodologies.
• Technical Mastery: You are a pro in Figma (wireframing/prototyping) and Miro (journey mapping/facilitation).
• AI Mindset: You have a strong interest or experience in designing for AI-assisted user experiences and adaptive interface patterns.
• Communication: You are a storyteller who can simplify complex challenges. You are fluent in English (knowledge of Dutch or French is a significant plus).
• Soft Skills: You are autonomous, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced Agile environments. You know how to balance creative vision with business KPIs and technical constraints.

Your Mission

As a Service Designer, you will apply Design Thinking to co-create solutions across web and mobile platforms. You will work within a cross-functional squad of UX/UI designers, product owners, and developers to ensure technology enhances the user journey rather than complicating it.

Key responsibilities include:

• Service Strategy: Mapping ecosystems and creating service blueprints that integrate human insight with AI-assisted capabilities.
• User Research: Leading qualitative research (interviews, usability testing) to uncover unmet user needs and translating them into actionable design opportunities.
• Ideation & Prototyping: Facilitating workshops and design sprints to visualize the next-generation customer zone and AI-augmented interactions.
• Advocacy: Promoting design thinking and human-AI collaboration principles across the entire organization.
