1. Block stock meeting and review
2. Scrap posting, material disposition to scrap yard
3. RPO - OBD, Vehicle request and dispatch
4. Rejection Material Documentation and sending to LSC
5. MDA - Document, material Follow-up, packing & shipment
6. FOC material request, follow up, packing & shipment
7. Shipment Plan printout and share to packing team members
8. Planning for packing material follow up with supplier
9. Vehicle follow-up with Transport team and confirm
10. Communication to SCM - Vehicle details, OTL for invoice creation
11. Invoices prepare and get self-sign
12. Export piece parts shipment - material follow up, packing & Packing detail, vehicle request & shipment
13. Vehicle sending out with respective consignment invoices
14. Shipment adherence report circulation
15. Welding person coordination to weld the brackets along with Lorry bed
16. Hot work permit to be preparation
17. Block stock meeting and review

19. Material Arranging for Defacing and inform to scrap in charge
20. DA from SCM to be update the daily tracker
21. DA to be updated and verify the engine serial # against the plan

25. OBD - PGI, OTL, DA - request email send to SCM for Invoice creation
26. Invoice receives - Take printout and get self-seal sign

- Engines Skids stock check C+3 days
- Vehicle placing for urgent requirement consumable
- Vehicle placing/ requesting for domestic shipment
- Consumable trigger and follow up with supplier
- IW21 - documentation
- Re export - Morton/Corinth/Seguin/Clyton/Waco lists - material follow up, packing, shipment
- EPD - Z51 movement and documentation
- 541 document creation
- Goods receipts
