Responsibilities
- Completes the sales order/shipping transactions accurately within the internal ERP system
- Prepare, review, process, and distribute inbound and outbound documentation, including customs paperwork
- Coordinate shipments and monitor shipment status in response to customer and internal requests
- Performs verification checks on products during loading and unloading to ensure accuracy condition
- Support warehouse organization, cleanliness, and general housekeeping standards
- Receive inbound courier deliveries and prepare outbound courier shipments
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory verification to maintain accurate product records
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years' experience in a shipping administration or equivalent logistics role
- Must have reliable transportation as the location is outside of city limits and not accessible by public transit
- Ability to work standard hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with flexibility for overtime during the busy spring season
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated flexibility and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to learn and navigate specialized internal ERP and inventory systems
- Results-oriented approach to problem-solving and task prioritization
