We need a dynamic candidate who is as mentally strong as they are physically capable. You will be responsible for the fluid movement of trailers and containers on-site, making sure everything is led in the right direction.

Your goal is to make sure that the connection between the warehouse and transport is seamless. You are in charge of the yard and must ensure that all units are correctly positioned at the gates.

Your goal is to make sure that the connection between the warehouse and transport is seamless. You are in charge of the yard and must ensure that all units are correctly positioned at the gates.

key responsibilities
Your core focus will be:
- Fast-paced decision making: Switching gears quickly to keep yard operations running smoothly.
- Precision Handling: Maneuvering trailers and swap bodies (wissellaadbakken) with accuracy and safety.
- Site Management: Leading the flow of traffic on the terrain to ensure no delays at the loading docks.
- Operational Excellence: Your goal is to make sure that any issues on the terrain are resolved as soon as possible to keep the yard moving.
qualifications
- Certificates: Must be in possession of a valid Terberg certificate or a Driver's License Category CE.
- Languages: Fluent in English or French, with a good command of at least one of these two.
- Schedule: Ability to work in rotating shifts. As the site is active 24/24, flexibility across all hours is required.
- Resilience: High stress resistance and a strong "can-do" and "roll up your sleeves" mindset.
- Background: Previous experience in logistics and familiarity with warehouse environments.
