Role: Formwork / Shuttering Joiner
Location: Cambois, Northumberland (QTS/Blackstone Data Centre Site)
Specific Task: Installing and erecting concrete beams / formwork structures
Hours: Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week
Pay Rate: £26.00 per hour
Gross Weekly Pay: £1,170.00
Key Requirements (Standard for this Site)
Given the scale of the £10bn hyperscale data centre development in Cambois, workers on this site will generally need to provide:
CSCS Blue/Gold Card: Skilled worker card in Formwork/Shuttering Joinery.
Tools: Full kit for formwork, including basic hand tools, cordless tools, and safety spec impact drivers.
PPE: Full 5-point PPE (Hard hat, hi-vis, steel toe boots with midsole protection, gloves, and safety glasses).
Experience: Proven experience striking, erecting, and securing formwork for heavy civil/commercial concrete structures (specifically beams).
