The Role
We are seeking a solution-driven Site Manager to lead high-profile projects across the education, health, industrial, retail, and residential sectors. You will be the driving force on-site, ensuring that complex builds are delivered with clinical precision, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership: Lead and mentor site teams on diverse projects valued from $500k to $20M.
Delivery: Drive the construction schedule to ensure all milestones are met without compromising on quality or safety.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Safety & Quality: Oversee all H&S requirements, risk assessments, and building code compliance to maintain the company’s gold-standard reputation.
Your Profile
You are a Site Manager who takes ownership. You don't just identify problems; you arrive with solutions.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of Site Management experience within the Australian commercial/industrial sector.
Project History: A proven track record of delivering projects valued at $10M+.
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of building codes, standards, and modern construction methodologies.
Communication: Exceptional ability to manage conflict and lead diverse teams toward a common goal.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a Trade background with relevant supervisory experience is highly regarded.
