About the Business
We are working with a premier property developer and builder specializing in ultra-luxury, architecturally designed residential apartments across Brisbane's most exclusive suburbs. Our reputation is built on delivering unparalleled quality, bespoke finishes, and sophisticated living spaces. With a strong pipeline of upcoming landmark projects, we are looking for a highly capable and detail-oriented Site Manager to join our high-performing team.
The Role
As the Site Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day site operations for a newly commenced, high-end multi-residential project in Brisbane. You will be responsible for driving the construction program, ensuring uncompromising quality control, and maintaining a steadfast commitment to safety.
Because this is the luxury sector, your eye for detail and ability to manage complex, bespoke architectural elements will be the key to your success. You will work collaboratively with the Project Manager, design teams, and top-tier subcontractors to deliver a product that exceeds client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all on-site construction activities from groundworks through to final defect-free handover.
Drive the construction program to ensure key milestones and delivery dates are met.
Implement and oversee strict Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) processes tailored to luxury finishes.
Coordinate and manage site supervisors, leading hands, and a diverse range of specialist subcontractors.
Maintain comprehensive site documentation, including daily diaries, WHS reports, and site inductions.
Champion a culture of safety by ensuring strict adherence to all WHS legislation and company policies.
Liaise effectively with architects, engineers, project managers, and internal stakeholders to resolve site queries swiftly.
About You
Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager delivering large scale projects (track record in the luxury sector is highly regarded).
A relevant trade background (Carpentry preferred) or tertiary qualification in Construction Management.
Current QBCC Site Supervisor License.
An exceptional eye for detail and a deep understanding of premium finishes and complex structural methodologies.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive subcontractor performance.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Comprehensive knowledge of current Queensland WHS regulations and building codes.
