Randstad UK CPE team is looking to onboard an experienced Site Manager to join a leading residential developer/main contractor on a multi-phased new-build residential scheme in Banbury.

Pay: £250.00 - £290.00 per day (D.O.E.)
About the Role

The project involves delivering a mix of traditional build houses and apartments from groundworks to handover. This is a potential long-term contract role, reporting to a Contracts Manager/Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Effectively manage sub-contractors, direct labour, and site resources.
- Enforce and maintain the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance (HSE) on site.
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular safety inspections.
- Manage quality control, carry out plot inspections, and ensure a high standard of finish is achieved, ready for handover.
- Liaise effectively with the Contracts Manager, Quantity Surveyor, and external stakeholders (e.g., NHBCE)
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience as a Site Manager on residential new-build projects.
- Proven track record of taking residential phases from groundworks to completion/handover.
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS card, First Aid at Work certification.
