What You'll Be Doing Day-to-Day

• Build relationships with small business customers across Hobart.
• Deliver tailored financial solutions with a focus on both business and home lending.
• Proactively develop relationships with internal banking partners and external referral networks to win new business.
• Work flexibly across local markets, meeting clients on-site and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Prior experience working in a frontline role within either business or home lending
• Knowledge of business and home lending credit principles
• Proven track record of prospecting, networking and generating new business
• Established local business networks across Hobart.
