Overview: We are looking for a Healthcare Operations Assistant to support the operational delivery of a healthcare drone trial in Dublin, Ireland. The ideal candidate will have strong practical and project management skills and some experience working within the healthcare industry. They'll be willing and able to travel in and around Dublin and the surrounding areas, in potentially remote locations, and be available to start work as soon as possible. Working independently, but as part of a geographically dispersed, fully remote team, they'll be flexible, adaptable, and have a passion for bringing new technologies into healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Support the setup and management of a drone trial in Dublin, Ireland.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships with healthcare providers such as hospitals, medical product suppliers, pharmacies, care homes, Ireland's Health Service Executive as well as our drone operator partner, bridging the healthcare and aviation industries.
- Work with partners to uncover new opportunities for drone delivery.
- Support the successful integration of drone delivery into healthcare sites by conducting site inspections and working with healthcare staff to establish and implement relevant standard operating procedures.
- Support any required training for healthcare staff to follow standard operating procedures.
- Ensure smooth running of hub operations, where the drones will be based, enabling day to day operations to run effectively through close work with our drone operator partner.
- Managing and reporting stock levels at the hub.
- Receiving, fulfilling and confirming orders for drone delivery including picking, packing and labelling goods for delivery.
- Respond to support requests from healthcare sites, including at short notice.
- Support the data collection, analysis and reporting of data from the trial.
Essential Requirements -
- At least two years of experience within project or operations management teams.
- Strong project management skills and experience working with a range of stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Able to work in and around Dublin, Ireland to conduct site inspections and integrate new processes and technologies into existing systems.
- Proficient in the use of administrative technology such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office etc.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Able to drive as part of the job.
