The Software Development Engineer (System Test Automation) designs, develops, and maintains automated tests and supporting tools to verify the quality and reliability of Philips Image Guided Therapy (IGT) systems. This role focuses on seamlessly integrating automated testing into the system verification process to reduce lead times, maximize test coverage, and ensure consistent system-level performance. By driving early defect detection and preventing critical issues, you will play a pivotal role in delivering safe, high-quality medical systems.
You will collaborate closely with system testers, developers, and framework (enabler) teams to create maintainable automation solutions aligned with product requirements and medical verification standards.
