- Manage sourcing activities for assigned direct material categories and suppliers- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers- Monitor supplier performance, risks, capacity, quality, financial stability, and compliance- Lead supplier development initiatives focused on cost, quality, lead time, and waste reduction- Drive cost reduction initiatives and negotiate savings with suppliers- Conduct supplier risk assessments and develop mitigation plans- Research supply markets and benchmark suppliers to support sourcing strategies- Conduct category and part-level analysis and develop should-cost benchmarks- Monitor commodity pricing and identify potential risks and opportunities- Negotiate and manage supply contracts in line with company policies- Review existing supplier agreements for opportunities to improve pricing and consolidate suppliers- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects by sourcing materials and components- Work with product development and engineering teams to ensure suppliers meet project specifications and timelines- Present sourcing analysis and recommendations to procurement management

求められる経験
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field
- 2–3 years of procurement or sourcing experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience with supplier management and/or contract management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
