About the RoleWe are looking for a dedicated and highly organized Special Assistant (Corporate Communications) to support the Managing Director. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless communication between the executive office and various external stakeholders, including government entities and business partners. The ideal candidate will act as a key representative of the organization, managing both high-level P.R. and day-to-day executive workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Executive Support: Monitor and manage the Managing Director’s daily appointments, upcoming programs, and project deadlines.
- Operational Oversight: Review departmental reports for accuracy and completeness; manage internal workflows and file approvals via digital communication channels.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for P.R. and coordination with Royal Family members, State and Federal Government officials, and Government-Linked Companies (GLCs).
- Corporate Representation: Represent the Managing Director and the company at official meetings, events, and functions, ensuring professional follow-up and coordination.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate Management and Departmental meetings, ensuring all parties are aligned.
- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the Corporate Image, including the oversight of the Company Profile and Website.
- International Relations: Coordinate communication with overseas clients and business partners; available for outstation or overseas travel as required.
- Proven experience in Executive Support, Corporate Communications, or a related P.R. field.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with high-ranking officials and corporate leaders.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple deadlines and reports with high attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is required to manage reports and communicate with various stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel for business and participate in ad hoc committee duties as needed.
