Are you a passionate horse person with a sharp eye for detail and a natural sense of leadership? For a high-end stud farm in the Oudenaarde region, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Groom to lead a small, dedicated team.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the stable. You will work with horses of all ages, from foals to top-level competition horses.

• Team Leadership: You plan the daily activities and guide/motivate a small grooming team.
• Equine Care: Daily stable management, feeding, and ensuring the well-being of the horses (paddock, walker, lunging).
• Training: You teach basic handling and manners to foals and young horses.
• Competition & Show Prep: You prepare horses for competitions, auctions, and photoshoots, providing professional support on-site.

Shedule: Monday - Friday 7h - 16h30 and some weekends
