While welding is part of the role, we are specifically looking for "Fit-First" mentalities—people who can take a complex blueprint and turn a pile of steel into a perfectly aligned masterpiece.

Responsibilities
Fitting and welding structural steel (think beams, columns, balconies, and more)
Reading shop drawings and putting them into action
Tack welding, assembling, and helping move projects through the production line
Using both manual and robotic welders (we’ll show you the ropes if you’re new to the tech)
Keeping safety top of mind while working with a close-knit team
Qualifications
Fitting Expertise: Significant experience in structural steel layout and assembly.
Valid Tickets: Current CWB FCAW (All Positions) is an asset
Night Owl Mentality: You prefer the evening shift and are looking for that $3/hr premium boost.
Precision: You are meticulous with a tape measure and understand tight tolerances.
Reliability: You show up on time, every time, ready to work with a close-knit crew.
