Voor een bedrijf te Kallo zijn we op zoek naar een HR student om ondersteuning te bieden tijdens de maand juli.

key responsibilities
Je zal ondersteunen in 2 projecten:
- Project 1: persoonsgegevens van medewerkers bevragen, controleren en correct verwerken in interne systemen
- Project 2: contracten & addenda opmaken ivm de haven screening + uitleg geven aan medewerkers hieromtrent wat dit inhoudt en wat de gevolgen zijn
qualifications
- Je zit momenteel in je 3e Bachelor HR of personeelswerk
- Je bent fulltime beschikbaar tijdens de maand juli
- Je geraakt vlot in Kallo (Haven Linkeroever) met eigen vervoer
- Je hebt reeds een eerste ervaring opgedaan binnen HR (stage/studentenjob)
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent communicatief sterk
