How about the shifts? You will work according to a full-time shift calendar, which means 3 to 4 twelve-hour shifts per week. We have two options for your start date depending on your preference:

• Option 1 (for night owls): You can start a bit earlier on June 15th or 24th. In this case, you will work only night shifts (18:30 – 6:30) for the entire summer.
• Option 2 (mostly days): You can start at the beginning of July. You will work primarily day shifts (6:30 – 18:30), but please note that you will also have 1–2 weeks of night shifts during July and August.

what we offer

• Monthly salary around 30,000 CZK gross if you choose the model with mostly day shifts.
• Monthly salary up to 32,000 CZK gross if you choose the night-shift-only model.
• Salary breakdown: Base salary of 25,000 CZK + performance bonus up to 3,750 CZK + 10% extra pay for night and weekend shifts + a meal allowance of 66 CZK per shift for night workers (day workers can get lunch in the company cafeteria for deducted price).
• Mandatory health insurance contributions are deducted from your gross salary, which means you will have paid public insurance from your first day at work.
