As a Strategic Supplier Account Lead at ASML, you will drive and execute supplier development and manage the commercial relationships with assigned Electronic Component manufacturers. You act as the primary point of contact for external semiconductor and component manufacturers and internal ASML program sectors. In this role, you bridge the gap between quality, logistics, and cutting-edge technology to realize visible success.
In this high-impact position, you are responsible for the entire lifecycle of the electronic component supplier account. You build and lead global relationships based on trust and mutual interest, ensuring a win-win benefit for both parties. You execute global strategic, tactical, and operational goals in line with the category strategy for active and passive electronic components. Your expertise allows you to understand key value drivers and translate them into actionable plans that support ASML’s long-term semiconductor equipment objectives.
Your core responsibilities include:
Acting as the recognized first point of contact for the manufacturer and internal ASML operational sectors, ensuring an aligned voice towards the electronic components market.
Preparing and performing complex commercial contract negotiations and deal-making for high-tech component categories.
Setting up and executing a comprehensive stakeholder management and communication plan across all levels, building bridges between internal commercial, quality, and technical teams.
Leading and chairing review meetings with both ASML and the manufacturer to monitor performance, supply chain constraints, and category strategy.
Resolving critical escalations with a result-oriented mindset to minimize impact on the high-tech supply chain.
Executing cost-savings targets and involving electronic component suppliers in early-stage New Product Introductions (NPI) to secure contracts and roadmaps.
