• Ensuring the required quality of delivery parts / components (product and service)
• Ensuring the customer requirements on delivery parts / components
• Supports CM, Global SQE and Strategic Buyer to optimize supplier base
• Negotiate supplier quality agreements
• Reduction of failure costs
• Reduction of special release and efforts for the incoming inspections
• Supplier monitoring
• Audit and visit planning in coordination with Global SQE
• Perform Supplier audits
• PPA review
• Action tracking (Audit, 8D, etc.)
• Processing and prioritizing the described tasks on their own responsibility
• Quality responsibility with strategic buyer for all local suppliers

• English language skills (negotiation level)
• Technical degree (electrical / mechatronic /mechanical engineer)
• Quality assurance degree is an advantage
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SQE position in an international manufacturing company
• Experience in supplier auditing (VDA 6.3)
• Willingness to travel
• Good communication and negotiation skills
