Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and govern comprehensive end-to-end retail distribution strategies to optimize the flow of consumer goods through the regional supply chain network.
• Manage and control the annual logistics and transportation budget, performing deep-dive financial analyses to aggressively minimize operational overhead.
• Spearhead high-value contract negotiations with freight carriers, third-party logistics (3PL) organizations, and global product vendors to secure optimal pricing..
• Evaluate, select, and champion advanced supply chain technology integrations, ensuring modern ERP and warehouse management systems (WMS) run at peak efficiency.
Qualifications
• Progressive leadership experience working as a Supply Chain Manager, Director of Logistics, or an equivalent senior management role.
• Extensive, documented leadership experience managing end-to-end logistics operations specifically within the high-volume retail space.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, operations research, or a related field
• Demonstrated success in handling complex ERP conversions, massive warehouse management system configurations, or large-scale supply chain restructuring.
