- Logistieke afhandeling: Je beheert interne claims (cross-docking) en handelt klantklachten en retourzendingen af in samenwerking met onze 3PL en Finance.
- Artikel- & Voorraadbeheer: Je verzorgt de creatie van nieuwe artikelen en beheert de lokale voorraad (prognoses, houdbaarheid, productieorders voor custom-made sets).
- Consignatievoorraad: Je coördineert de jaarlijkse tellingen op locatie bij klanten, verwerkt de resultaten in SAP en beheert de contractadministratie.
- Backorder Management: Je monitoort dagelijks de backorder situatie en voorziet Sales en Customer Care van proactieve informatie hierover via internationaal contact met onze fabrieken.
- Inkoop & Facturatie: Je beheert cross-divisionele inkoopverzoeken en voert steekproeven uit op logistieke facturen.
- Rapportage & Optimalisatie: Je stelt maandelijkse SCM-rapportages op, analyseert data voor procesverbetering en werkt volgens de geldende compliance-richtlijnen (o.a. GDP).

- Opleiding & Ervaring: Een HBO werk- en denkniveau en liefst 3 jaar operationele ervaring in Logistiek/SCM. Ervaring in de medische sector is een pré.
- Talen: Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.
- Systemen: Goede kennis van MS Office (met name Excel), kennis van SAP en Salesforce is een pré.
