Job Location- Bandra Mumbai
OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Ø Effectively Support day-to-day Supply Chain operations for the region. The operations efforts would include warehousing, transportation management, Order management & Customer Service.
Ø Collaborate with Internal (Cross Functional) for SC finance related activities.
Ø Support to Supply Chain, Warehouse Excellence team to drive initiatives operational efficiency.
Ø Ensures data accuracy and drive continuous improvement throughout the supply chain operation.
. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Day to day activities
Ø Support & coordinate supply chain operations for the region. Contact for sales, finance Team within the region for SC operations and be a champion for customer service.
Ø Track service level KPIs like OTIF and work towards improving them.
Ø Analyze key operational KPIs like OTIF, Distribution Cost, Vehicle utilization & Permit loadability, Customer detention and Transit/Bond breakage, etc.
Ø Data Mining – Mining the different type of data to analyze and review the KPI’s
Ø Root Cause Analysis – Root cause analysis to identify the issues and getting important insights for the same.
2. Transportation Analysis
Ø Loadibility Analysis– Weekly review and analyze the loadibility, Truck Utilization, Network variances and highlight the key improvement areas. Highlight concern areas in performance and suggest corrective actions.
Ø Freight Cost Analysis – Weekly review and analyze the transportation cost, and highlight the key improvement and concern areas in performance for efficient control on costs.
Ø Logistic Dashboard Analysis – Analyze the Logistics dashboard data Loadability, Freight cost, Truck utilization, Truck optimization with manual working data and highlight the incorrect number to concern team to correct the same.
Ø OTIF Analysis– Weekly review and analyze the OTIF score, identify key improvement and concern areas performance, root cause analysis in concern areas to improve the score and share the remarks for the same.
3. Budget & Breakage Analysis
Ø Budget Analysis –Prepare the data for review and support the zone to analyze these the overall KPI’s on cost and Loadibility.
Ø COC – Monthly reporting of west zone budget vs actual cost. Analysis of cost bucket important area where spending is over or under the planned budget.
Ø CEC – Data consolidation of & monthly reporting of CEC budget vs actual cost. Review and coordinates with RLM’s of Initiatives taken to meet the CEC targets.
Ø Breakage – Monthly reporting of Breakage analysis at different levels ie, Unit, Brand, Truck type, Transporter and Bottler wise.
4. Replenishment Model
Ø Run Replenishment tool to generate orders for various market on set frequency
Ø Analysis of output and share the final plan to the respective unit
Ø Order management of distributor market
5. ADHOC
Ø Maintain the Master data of Signed Agreements, Excise, FSSAI license, FIR Noc etc.
Ø Contract details update timely and share with respective RLM’s.
Ø Support to Update the TMS.
Ø Support generates the Capex & DC related purchase Order
