They value collaboration and innovation and are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Specialist to join their team.■Role & ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the supply chain, from procurement to distribution. You will build strong relationships with suppliers, optimize production planning, and ensure efficient logistics. You will play a key role in improving processes, implementing new technologies, and leading projects to enhance supply chain performance. ・5+ years of experience in a production site environment.
・Proven experience leading mid-sized projects.

・Strong experience in production planning and scheduling.
・Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
・Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
・Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis.
・Fluent in Japanese and English.
・Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
