KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1.Talent AcquisitionProactively partner with Human Resources Business Partner and Store leadership to understand short and long-term hiring needs for recruiting top talents and building leadership pipeline for future retail roles. Develop and conduct strategic full cycle retail recruitment activities for Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers and Client Advisors, including job posting, sourcing, and screening talents, interview arrangements, offer negotiation, and onboarding.Maximize opportunities with social media, LinkedIn and other options on sourcing techniques, new technologies and practices for reaching top talents. Collaborates with management throughout recruitment and selection process, identifies and resolves any obstacles that may arise.Manages the seasonal hiring strategy and process (high volume)Responsible for creating recruitment strategies, objectives, and timelines for new store openings to ensure a fully staffed store prior to opening.2.HR Operations / Payroll / C&BSupport Senior HRD for salary surveys, market trends to adjust C&B policies and procedures.Support the merit and promotional increase processes based on company guidelines.Support on incentive schemes and other benefits settings to attract and retain talents.Provide employee feedback on the benefit programs to Senior HRD.Provide support in areas of HR Operations (payroll, T&A, year-end tax adjustments, HRIS etc.) as backup HR colleagues.Plan, facilitate and/or execute additional projects and responsibilities as needed.3.Employee RelationsConduct/report Exit interview results and support Senior HRD to improve working environment / conditions. Give advice to employees across all levels to address / prevent employee issues.

BS in Business Administration and Human Resources or BA in Humanities
Understanding of Labor Law, Compensation & Benefit, HR Operations, and its hands-on implementation
8+ Years of HR and 5+ years of previous in-house recruitment experience in global retail, fashion, luxury, organizations as TA Specialist is a must with a focus on high volume hiring Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, Client Advisors, etc.
Must be able to maintain high level of confidentiality.
Strong customer-service orientation and organizational skills to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment and desire to deliver end to end solutions.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Strong time management skills and sense of accountability.
Knowledge of market challenges, trends, and best practices relates to talent acquisition.
Attention to detail with strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrates flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to change in the work environment.
Exhibits a natural curiosity of how things are and explores how things could be improved.
Excellent technical skills; in-depth knowledge of applicant tracking technologies and general Microsoft applications; familiarity with best practices in social networking; ability to leverage technology to attract candidates and drive effective and efficient operations.
