Plan, organize, and host the company’s presence at career fairs, campus days, and specialized events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with career services and student associations.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for interns and new graduate rotational programs.
Create engaging social media content to strengthen the employer brand and industry attractiveness.
Coordinate event logistics (promotional materials, booths, technical presentations).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or Event Management.
2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, event coordination, or HR marketing.
Mobility required: Ability and willingness to travel frequently (valid driver's license is essential).
Excellent public speaking skills and a natural ability to network.
Bilingualism (English/French) to cover all our operational regions.
