High-Volume Recruitment Operations
- Proactively "hunt" for talent beyond just posting ads.
- Utilize social media and local community networks to find energetic candidates.
- Manage the pipeline from attractive job posting to the initial "vibe-check" screening calls.
- Organize and lead "Hiring Open Days" at outlets to quickly fill multiple positions for new store openings or peak seasons.
Strategic Partner to Outlet Managers
- Work with Outlet Managers to forecast staffing gaps before they become critical.
- Manage the "final stage" interviews between candidates and Managers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both sides.
Data-Driven Recruitment & Strategy
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to measure effectiveness
- Provide market intelligence to support business growth
- Implement recruitment best practices aligned with company culture
- Stay current on industry trends and enhance recruitment processes
The HR Bridge (Administration & Accuracy)
- Prepare "New Hire Packs" for the HR team, ensuring salary, start dates, and contract terms are 100% accurate for payroll.
- Maintain a live recruitment tracker that shows exactly where every candidate is in the process.
about the requirement
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Experience in Retail, F&B, or Hospitality is highly preferred.
- Must be fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay to effectively screen our diverse candidate pool and communicate with the management team
- Comfortable using HRMS, recruitment portals, and social media for sourcing
- A "hunter" mentality
