For the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire top-tier talent.
• Partnering with department heads to identify hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
• Designing and implementing a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Supporting the Learning & Development strategy by identifying training needs during the recruitment and integration phases.
• Coordinating internal training sessions and professional development initiatives for current employees.
• Building a sustainable talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Managing the administrative aspects of the hiring and onboarding journey 

2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the construction,

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar recruitment role.
• Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
